If you need to learn to speak English, we have very successful ESOL classes. We offer Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing skills.

For beginners there is particular emphasis on speaking and learning to cope with new customs and a new culture.

Before joining the classes we ask you to attend for an Initial Assessment - in ESOL this is done on an individual appointment system - this is because the ESOL assessment puts more emphasis on speaking and listening skills. After the assessment the tutor will talk to you about the classes which are available at your level and will discuss with you the times which are most convenient for you to attend.

The courses are friendly and informal and most students learn quickly.

We offer courses at beginner (Entry 1/2), intermediate (Entry 3) and advanced levels (Level 1).
