Neighbourhood Nurseries are part of a government intiative to provide high quality, accessible and affordable childcare places for children in local communities aged under 5 years of age.

TLC Neighbour Nursery & Family Learning Centre is an innovative project, which aims to provide a safe, stimulating, sensitive and multicultural environment for children aged 6weeks to 5years.

The nursery will be based on the ground floor of a newly constructed 3-storey community building. The 1st, 2nd and roof space will be used for training, community events and family learning. This will be a valuable community resource as it will provide many opportunities for local people.

The nursery and Training Centre will be open for all in the community regardless of colour, culture, religion or sex. We will promote a sense of belonging for all users and our provision will be inclusive.
