Flexible New Deal
Flexible New Deal is a programme run at TLC college for people who have been unemployed for over 12 months, claiming job seekers allowance and have language or cultural barriers preventing them from finding work.
Aims
To help support people to overcome their specific barriers in gaining employment through mentor support and training courses.
Criteria
- Dedicated mentors to provide one to one support as well as group support.
- A catered action plan of things you need to do to improve your chances of getting a job.
- Support with developing CV’s, filling application forms, letter writing
- Support with reading, writing and speaking.
- Confidential and private rooms.
- Regular contact on appointment basis at your convenience
