About us

Beginnings

TLC College began in a garage premise with two volunteers on a mission to address issues being faced by local disadvantaged groups.

In 1997 TLC became incorporated as a “Not For Profit” Organisation and has now gained an excellent reputation for delivering a diverse range of support services to the community.

Over the past 16 years, we have delivered a wide range of community projects and services, with partners such as; Wolverhampton City Council, Jobcentre Plus, Wolverhampton PCT, Wolverhampton University, Microsoft and many more.

TLC College values underpin how we operate:

Integrity – in all that we do

Respect – for each and every individual

Development – pursued in everything we undertake

Dedication – to the well-being of the organisation we are

An excellent, professional and caring organisation that works in partnership to grow and inspire others especially those from disadvantaged communities.
